Amends North Dakota Century Code section 27-02.2-04 to increase the maximum number of attorneys participating in the rural attorney recruitment assistance program from four to eight at any given time.

Participating attorneys must be licensed to practice in North Dakota, meet requirements set by the state supreme court, and practice in a supreme court-selected county or municipality for at least five consecutive years.

Senate passed the bill 41-5 with 1 absent; House passed it 79-6 with 9 absent.
