Primary election ballots must be consolidated into a single ballot with separate sections for each political party or principle.

Ballot must include a warning statement informing voters they may only vote for candidates of one political party, and that voting in multiple party sections will result in rejection of the Political Party Ballot while No Party and Measure Ballot votes will still be counted.

Ballot must include instructions requiring voters to darken an oval next to their candidate choice, with separate ovals provided for write-in candidates.

Each political party section must list offices with the number of candidates voters may select, party endorsement notations, and nominating petition notations where applicable.

Political party sections must be ordered by vote share in the most recent gubernatorial primary election, with the largest vote-getter appearing first.
