Exempts occupational and professional boards from the requirement to deposit state funds in the Bank of North Dakota under section 6-09-07.

Requires the office of management and budget to provide administrative services to all occupational and professional boards, including licensure application processing, continuing education documentation, financial services, human resources, procurement, records management, and information technology coordination.

Directs the office of management and budget to collaborate with the attorney general, information technology department, and workforce safety and insurance to ensure legal, technology, and insurance services are provided to occupational and professional boards.

Amends section 54-59-01 to exclude occupational and professional boards from the definition of "agency" or "entity" under the information technology chapter.
