Amends North Dakota Century Code section 5-02-06 to permit individuals under 21 years of age to enter brewer taprooms under specific conditions.

Requires brewer taprooms to be connected to or contract with a food establishment (including mobile food units) that receives the majority of its gross sales from food and makes food available for consumption in the taproom.

Minors may enter brewer taprooms only if accompanied by a parent or guardian, not seated within 3 feet of the bar counter, and do not enter or remain after 10 p.m. or when food is unavailable.

Defines "mobile food unit" as a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be readily movable from which food or beverages are prepared and sold for immediate consumption.
