Amends North Dakota Century Code section 15.1-27-16 to modify administrative cost-sharing reimbursement for cooperating school districts and special education units that jointly employ superintendents, business managers, or special education unit directors.

Lowers the salary threshold for reimbursement eligibility from $300,000 to $200,000 and changes reimbursement percentages: 10% for two cooperating entities, 15% for three, 20% for four, and 25% for five or more.

Requires eligible cooperating districts and special education units to have implemented their cost-sharing programs after June 30, 2022, and to submit salary information to the superintendent of public instruction by June 1st annually.

Appropriates $125,000 from the general fund to the Department of Public Instruction for the biennium beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2025, to provide administrative cost-sharing reimbursements.

Extends the effective date of the amended section from June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2026.
