Urges Congress and the Director of the United States Mint to issue commemorative silver and gold coins honoring Theodore Roosevelt and the opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.

Recognizes Theodore Roosevelt as the 26th President of the United States and credits his 1880s ranching and hunting experiences in Medora, North Dakota as formative to his presidency.

Notes Roosevelt's conservation legacy, including creation of the United States Forest Service and establishment of 150 national forests, 51 federal bird reserves, 4 national game preserves, 5 national parks, and 18 national monuments through the 1906 American Antiquities Act.

Acknowledges the Sixty-sixth Legislative Assembly's 2019 approval of an endowment for the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, which will be located west of Medora near Theodore Roosevelt National Park and is expected to open in 2026.

Directs the Secretary of State to forward a copy of the resolution to each member of the North Dakota Congressional Delegation and the Director of the United States Mint.
