Highlights Theodore Roosevelt's conservation legacy, including his establishment of 150 national forests, 51 federal bird reserves, 4 national game preserves, 5 national parks, and 18 national monuments through the 1906 American Antiquities Act

Notes that Theodore Roosevelt ranched and hunted in Medora, North Dakota in the 1880s and credited North Dakota with his success

Recognizes that the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library is expected to open to the public in 2026 at a site west of Medora near Theodore Roosevelt National Park

Requires the North Dakota Secretary of State to send copies of the resolution to the Postmaster General and each member of the North Dakota Congressional Delegation
