Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to disregard Social Security survivor income and court-ordered child support when determining Medicaid eligibility for children under 18 enrolled in a 1915(c) waiver, effective July 1, 2026

Expands the autism spectrum disorder Medicaid waiver age limit from 18 to 21 years old for in-home services

Maintains existing Medicaid waiver program for children with extraordinary medical needs who would otherwise require institutional level of care

Passed with strong bipartisan support: House vote 89-2, Senate vote 47-0
