Increases the income eligibility limit for North Dakota's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) from 200% to 205% of the federal poverty line

Amends Section 50-29-04 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding plan requirements for CHIP

Allows retroactive eligibility for up to three calendar months preceding the application month, even if the applicant is not eligible in the month of application

Requested by the Department of Health and Human Services and passed unanimously (House 93-0, Senate 47-0)
