Amends the definition of "national guard security officer or firefighter" in North Dakota Century Code section 54-52-01 to add "security officer employee" as a separate category from "security police employee"

Previously, the definition only covered security police employees and firefighter employees of the North Dakota National Guard

The expanded definition now includes three distinct categories: security police employees, security officer employees, and firefighter employees

Requested by the Adjutant General and introduced through the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee
