Repeals licensing requirements for buyers, sellers, and producers of eggs and poultry in North Dakota (Section 4.1-19-04)

Removes the agriculture commissioner's duty to provide federal-state grading service for poultry and poultry products at the retail level

Eliminates criminal penalties (class A misdemeanor) for violating egg and poultry regulations, retaining only civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation

Removes criminal penalty for knowingly making false statements in applications, records, reports, or other documents
