Extends the duration of restricted commercial driver's licenses for agricultural workers from 180 days to 210 days for a single period, or from 90 days to 105 days for two periods within a calendar year

Applies to employees of agrichemical businesses, custom harvesters, farm retail outlets and suppliers (including tree retailers), and livestock feeders who receive waivers from CDL knowledge and skills tests

Changes the reference period from "twelve-month period" to "calendar year" for calculating restricted license duration limits

Makes technical language updates throughout section 39-06.2-06, including replacing "person" with "individual" and modernizing phrasing of existing exemptions

Declared an emergency measure; passed unanimously in the House (91-0) and Senate (45-0)
