Adds a new pathway for North Dakota scholarship eligibility targeting students interested in teaching careers, requiring two units of career and technical education plus one unit of teaching profession education or educational methodology

New teaching pathway also requires one unit from advanced placement psychology, dual-credit psychology, child development, peer-to-peer leadership, child-related careers, or a combination thereof

Students pursuing the teaching pathway must still meet existing scholarship requirements including ACT score of 24+, SAT score of 1180+, or WorkKeys assessment scores of 5+ on three assessments

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage

Passed with strong bipartisan support: 90-2 in the House and 45-0 in the Senate
