Adds mitragynine (also known as 7-hydroxymitragynine and Kratom) to North Dakota's list of Schedule I controlled substances under the opiates category

Amends Section 19-03.1-05 of the North Dakota Century Code by inserting mitragynine as a new entry in the alphabetical list of prohibited opiates

Schedule I classification means the substance is deemed to have high potential for abuse, no currently accepted medical use, and lack of accepted safety for use under medical supervision
