Amends the definition of "producer" for the North Dakota Dry Pea and Lentil Council in section 4.1-07-01 of the North Dakota Century Code

Removes the provision allowing someone to qualify as a producer if they "will have met" planting requirements during the next growing season

Replaces the requirement of planting during the "immediately preceding growing season" with a broader six-year crop rotation window

Allows individuals to qualify as producers if they have planted and will subsequently plant a dry pea and lentil crop within a six-year period as part of their crop rotation

Passed unanimously in both chambers: House (90-0) and Senate (47-0)
