Participating members of the public employees retirement system deferred compensation plan must pay administrative expenses, with the board authorized to deduct reasonable fees directly from member accounts

Administrative expenses may alternatively be paid from fines and fees collected from vendors retained by the board

All vendor fines, fees, and member account deductions must be deposited in an administrative expenses account held with the state treasurer

Funds from both the payroll clearing account and administrative expenses account may be used to pay for consulting expenses

Provides a continuing appropriation of all funds in the payroll clearing and administrative expenses accounts for retaining consultants to administer the deferred compensation plan
