Allows North Dakota licensed brokers to share real estate commissions with out-of-state licensed brokers for referrals, provided the out-of-state broker does not conduct negotiations in North Dakota either physically or electronically.

Permits broker license applicants to take the licensing examination before completing the required 60 additional hours of coursework, aligning with the existing rule for salesperson applicants.

Replaces fixed annual license renewal deadlines (December 31 and January 15) with flexible dates to be set by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission.

Expands wholesaler disclosure requirements from residential real property (under 5 dwelling units) to all real property transactions.
