Farms may sell raw milk and raw milk products directly to end consumers in North Dakota for personal consumption, but sales to wholesalers or retail stores for mass consumption remain prohibited

Sales of raw milk and raw milk products outside North Dakota are prohibited, and interstate commerce and donations of these products are not allowed

Farms selling raw milk or raw milk products are exempt from multiple state regulatory chapters, including dairy, food and drug, and health-related provisions

All raw milk and raw milk products must be labeled as "raw milk" or "made with raw milk"
