Adds "doxxing" to North Dakota's harassment statute, making it a crime to publish, post, or disclose an individual's personal identifying information on a public internet site or forum with intent to frighten or harass

Classifies doxxing violations as a class A misdemeanor, the same penalty level as communicating written threats to injure persons, reputations, or property

Amends Section 12.1-17-07 of the North Dakota Century Code relating to harassment offenses
