Creates the law enforcement family scholarship program for dependents of correctional officers, emergency services providers, firefighters, and peace officers who have served full-time in North Dakota for at least three years

Eligible students must be claimed as dependents on the law enforcement officer's tax return and enrolled at a North Dakota state institution of higher education

Scholarship covers 50% of tuition costs, minus any other grants and scholarships the student receives

State Board of Higher Education administers the program and must grant scholarships to all eligible applicants

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the general fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to fund the scholarships
