Adds cannabinoid edible products as an approved form of medical marijuana, redefining "cannabinoid edible product" to mean soft or hard lozenges in geometric square shapes (rather than food or potable liquids)

Limits edible products to 5 milligrams of THC per serving and 50 milligrams per package, with patients prohibited from possessing more than 500 milligrams or purchasing more than 310 milligrams in a 30-day period

Requires manufacturing facilities and dispensaries to obtain prior department approval before producing, possessing, marketing, or selling edible products

Mandates child-resistant, resealable, non-transparent packaging with text-only black Arial font labeling showing product name, manufacturer, ingredients, THC content, and servings

Prohibits marketing edible products to minors and excludes products with forms, packaging, or labeling that target minors from the definition of cannabinoid edible products
