Reduces the teaching experience requirement for lifetime licensure in North Dakota from 30 years to 25 years

Requires lifetime license holders who are employed or intend to be employed as teachers to submit a report to the Education Standards and Practices Board at least once every five years

Reports must disclose any criminal statute violations since the last report and any information that could result in license revocation or suspension

Prohibits the board from charging any cost to lifetime license holders for submitting required reports

Passed the House 87-4 and the Senate 47-0
