Funeral home vehicles may display flashing purple lights only while escorting funeral processions, added as a new authorized exception to the flashing light prohibition

Reorganizes the list of vehicles permitted to use flashing lights into separate categories: authorized emergency vehicles, schoolbuses, snow-removal equipment, funeral home vehicles, and vehicles signaling turns or hazards
