Amends North Dakota Century Code section 11-18-02.2 regarding exceptions to the requirement for providing statements of full consideration on property deeds

Clarifies language for quitclaim deed exception: changes "for which is given a quitclaim deed" to "for which a quitclaim deed is used to correct a title defect"

Narrows the quitclaim deed exception to apply only when the deed specifically corrects a title defect, rather than all quitclaim deed transfers

Maintains all other existing exceptions including public utility property, family/corporate affiliate sales, estate settlements, foreclosures, nonprofit transactions, and agricultural lands under 80 acres
