Renames the "law enforcement retirement plan" to the "public safety retirement plan" throughout the North Dakota Century Code

Adds correctional officers employed by governmental units to the public safety retirement plan, with eligibility requiring at least 32 hours per week and 20 weeks per year of employment

Correctional officers in the public safety plan are prohibited from participating concurrently in any other retirement plan administered by the public employees retirement system

Removes separate benefit calculation provisions for state peace officers not employed by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, consolidating them under the standard retirement benefit formula
