Any interested person may submit a request to the State Board of Public School Education for review of whether a school district is complying with education-related state statutes

School districts must post the compliance review request form and submission instructions on their websites

The Attorney General is authorized to review submitted complaints, investigate as necessary, and determine whether school districts are in compliance with education laws

The Attorney General may dismiss requests that exceed the section's purpose or fail to meet board requirements

If non-compliance is found, the Attorney General must advise the school district of findings and provide instructions for compliance; these findings serve as prima facie evidence in any subsequent administrative proceedings under Chapter 28-32
