Creates a new class C felony for unlawfully detaining, occupying, or trespassing upon a residential dwelling, escalating to a class B felony for second or subsequent offenses at the same dwelling

Expands the definition of "dwelling" to include real property or residential property, buildings, structures, or parts thereof used or intended for use as a home or residence

Maintains existing penalties: class C felony for entering dwellings or highly secured premises, class A misdemeanor for entering buildings or fenced areas, and class B misdemeanor for entering posted property

Establishes $250 fine for noncriminal trespass citations on posted or fenced property, with procedures for bond posting and hearing requests within 14 days
