Adds "no contact order prohibiting contact with a victim" as a new sentencing alternative for criminal convictions in North Dakota, inserted into the existing list of sentencing options available to courts

Re-letters existing sentencing alternatives (commitment to addiction treatment, sexual offender treatment, drug court, veterans treatment docket, restorative justice, mental health court) to accommodate the new provision

Updates the DUI statute cross-reference to align with the re-lettered sentencing provisions, ensuring courts can still order addiction treatment for DUI offenders with credited time served

Removes provision allowing courts to prohibit victim contact during imprisonment terms, replacing it with the standalone no contact order sentencing option

Applies to all court orders and criminal sentencing imposed after the effective date; passed unanimously (House 89-0, Senate 47-0)
