Mobile barbershops must be self-contained, self-supporting, enclosed, and at least 16 feet in length, with the business name and registration number displayed on the exterior

Authorizes the board to adopt rules regulating water, wastewater, power, safety, sanitation, equipment, and location for mobile barbershops, and to conduct inspections during business hours

Violations of mobile barbershop requirements constitute a class B misdemeanor
