Pesticides registered with the North Dakota agriculture commissioner or the U.S. EPA under FIFRA that display EPA-approved labels are deemed to satisfy all state warning and labeling requirements regarding health or safety

EPA labels consistent with the most recent human health assessment or EPA carcinogenicity classification under FIFRA also fulfill state duty-to-warn requirements

Overrides any other state law provision, doctrine, or common law duty to warn related to pesticide labeling
