Amends Section 20.1-02-04 of the North Dakota Century Code to add a new duty for the director of the Game and Fish Department

Requires the director to keep a record of all positive detections of chronic wasting disease and make this information available to the public

Mandates retention of chronic wasting disease records for four years

Records must include a microscopic slide of the prion and necropsy report for each positive detection
