Allows licensed amateur radio operators to obtain up to five special license plates displaying the same FCC-assigned call letters, up from the previous limit of one plate

Requires plates to include the words "AMATEUR RADIO" in addition to the operator's official call letters

Subsequent plates (after the first) must display an ascending number from two to five to distinguish between multiple plates issued to the same applicant

Passed the House 91-0 and the Senate 35-12 during the 2025 legislative session
