Expands the definition of "sexually expressive image" to include real, altered, or computer-generated photographs and visual representations, addressing AI-generated deepfake content

Surreptitiously creating or possessing such images without written consent, or distributing them with intent to cause emotional harm or humiliation, constitutes a class A misdemeanor

Acquiring and knowingly distributing sexually expressive images created without consent is a class B misdemeanor

Creates a civil cause of action for depicted individuals, allowing recovery of actual damages or statutory damages up to $10,000 per defendant, plus exemplary damages and attorney fees
