Provides liability protection for churches and places of worship, shielding them from lawsuits for injury, death, or property damage caused by individuals carrying concealed weapons

Retains existing prohibitions on firearms at schools, school-sponsored events, and publicly owned or operated buildings

Violation of the remaining firearm restrictions remains classified as an infraction
