Study must review health insurance benefit options, premium costs, retirement eligibility requirements, years of service limitations, and Medicare eligibility

Study must analyze potential costs to the state and political subdivisions, effects on recruitment and retention, and impact on the state's unfunded liability reporting

Study must consider establishing a retired peace officer health insurance pool

Findings and recommendations, along with any implementing legislation, must be reported to the 70th Legislative Assembly
