Expands the definition of "minor" in child sexual exploitation laws to include AI-generated or computer-generated images that appear to depict individuals under 18 years of age

Adds "computer-generated image" as a new category of prohibited material, making possession a class C felony when the image includes sexual conduct by a minor

Elevates the offense to a class B felony if the offense involves 20 or more images, sadistic/masochistic content, sexual bestiality, prepubescent minors or children under 12, or prior sex offender registration

Exempts internet service providers, cloud computing providers, and telecommunications companies from liability for content provided by other users
