Allows two charitable gaming organizations to conduct different types of games at the same site on the same day for up to 12 hours, if the site is in a city with population of 1,200 or less, each organization uses its own staff, and gaming funds are not commingled

Maintains existing exception allowing raffles or sports pools under local permits for special occasions when physically separated from the regular organization's gaming area or when the regular organization's permit is temporarily suspended with attorney general approval

Preserves the 15-site limit for licensed organizations, with exceptions for temporary sites (14 days or fewer, up to two events per quarter) and organizations grandfathered before January 1, 2023

Amends North Dakota Century Code section 53-06.1-03 governing charitable gaming site restrictions
