Amends Section 24-05-17 of the North Dakota Century Code to establish a process for county commissioners to add township roads to the county road system

Requires county commissioners to notify a township when they determine a local road under township jurisdiction meets the criteria in section 24-05-16 and intend to add it to the county system

Mandates a public meeting be held to receive input before adding a township road to the county system

Requires the board of county commissioners to make a final decision on adding the road at their next scheduled meeting following the public meeting
