Grant recipient must increase inpatient behavioral health beds by 30 in the west central human service center region

Recipient must operate the facility for at least 10 years or repay the grant, with repayment reduced by 10% for each year of operation

Grant funding cannot be awarded until physical infrastructure is complete and the entity submits adequate staffing plans
