Statements of interests must now disclose sales of goods or services exceeding $5,000 to political subdivisions or state agencies from businesses where the filer or spouse holds 10% or more ownership

Secretary of State must publish all filed statements of interests on a publicly accessible website

Statements for elected or appointed officials are preserved for the duration of their term, while statements from unsuccessful candidates are retained for one year
