Amends North Dakota Century Code section 44-04-18.3 to add federal judicial officers—justices of the United States, federal judges, and magistrate judges—to the list of officials whose telephone numbers and home addresses are confidential

Existing confidentiality protections already apply to prosecutors, state supreme court justices, district court judges, judicial referees, juvenile court directors, probation officers, law enforcement employees, and corrections employees

Personnel records of corrections and law enforcement employees remain restricted from disclosure to inmates unless authorized by the department director or employing agency

Passed the House 86-5 and the Senate 45-1 during the 69th Legislative Assembly (2025 session)
