Amends Section 37-14-14 of the North Dakota Century Code to allow veterans organizations (as defined under section 53-06.1-01) to donate funds to the veterans' postwar trust fund

Donated funds must be designated specifically for homeless veterans' services to prevent and eliminate veteran homelessness

Passed unanimously in both chambers: House vote 89-0 (4 absent), Senate vote 45-0 (2 absent)

Maintains existing provisions requiring the state treasurer to invest the fund according to chapter 21-10, with investment income appropriated to the administrative committee on veterans' affairs on a continuing basis
