Department of Health and Human Services must compile and maintain linked death and vaccination records for each vaccine type in the North Dakota immunization information system

Individual records must include: unique identifier, sex, race, date of birth, date of death, vaccine manufacturer, vaccine type, vaccination date, dose number, lot number, provider, and location

Quarterly time-series summary reports must be published on the department's website within 30 days of each quarter's end for vaccines administered to more than 20,000 individuals

Reports must track cumulative deaths occurring at intervals from 1 day to 720 days post-vaccination, broken down by month/year of administration, sex, birth year, manufacturer, vaccine type, and dose number

Redactions to published reports are prohibited unless the department receives express notification of a privacy concern regarding the reported metrics
