Defines "antisemitism" using the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's working definition adopted May 26, 2016, as incorporated in Presidential Executive Order 13899 (December 11, 2019)

Defines "Holocaust" as the systematic, state-sponsored persecution and murder of approximately six million Jews by the Third Reich and its allies during World War II

Required curriculum topics include: causes and ramifications of the Holocaust, history of antisemitism, the concentration camp system, Jewish and non-Jewish resistance, post-WWII trials, and connections to ethnic, racial, and religious intolerance

Curriculum must cover the leading role played by the United States and U.S. armed forces in responding to the Holocaust
