Creates the North Dakota Ireland trade commission to advance bilateral trade, investment, business exchanges, and academic partnerships between North Dakota and Ireland

Commission membership includes 2 senators, 2 house members, the North Dakota trade office executive director, an international trade expert appointed by that director, and the agriculture commissioner or designee

Appointed members serve two-year terms, with the chair selected annually from among the four legislative members

Commission must meet 2-4 times per year and submit an annual report to legislative management by September 1, detailing activities, benefits to the state, legislative recommendations, and anticipated future work

Act expires July 31, 2029
