Directs Legislative Management to consider studying human trafficking victim services and re-entry programs in North Dakota, where hundreds of victims are impacted annually

Study would assess current victim re-entry services, including protection from predatory offenders, policies, practices, data collection, and resource allocation

Requires input from law enforcement, the Attorney General's office, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders during the study

Findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation must be reported to the 70th Legislative Assembly
