Appropriates $85,184,630 total ($58,505,091 general fund, $26,679,539 other funds) for the North Dakota Highway Patrol for the 2025-2027 biennium, an increase of $17,099,084 over base level

Includes $6,037,000 in one-time funding for motor pool costs ($3,983,000), conductive electronic weapon replacement ($870,000), emergency operations course resurfacing ($260,000), gun replacement ($200,000), and other equipment needs

Authorizes transfer of up to $12,836,056 from the state highway tax distribution fund and $3,419,828 from the motor carrier electronic permit transaction fund

Provides patrol officers up to $200 per month for meals and expenses (except lodging) while in travel status, payable without receipts

Passed Senate 47-0 and House 92-1, maintaining 205 full-time equivalent positions
