Amends eligibility requirements for naturopaths to obtain independent prescribing authority in North Dakota

Expands pathways to independent prescribing endorsement beyond the pharmacology exam to include: completion of a 12-month clinical residency at an accredited naturopathic program, or three years of discipline-free prescribing experience in another jurisdiction verified by a physician or facility

Requires naturopaths to complete qualifying requirements within one year of finishing supervised practice, unless the board grants an extension for good cause

Maintains existing requirements including initial supervised practice (100 prescriptions or 12 months under physician review), written collaborative agreement, and 5 hours annual continuing education in pharmacology
