Amends Section 27-09.1-05 of the North Dakota Century Code to expand the sources county clerks may use to compile the master jury list, explicitly listing actual voters, unemployment compensation recipients, motor vehicle owners, licensed drivers, public utility customers, property taxpayers, and tribal registries

Adds recipients of public assistance and child care assistance as new source categories for the master jury list, contingent on federal approval

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to seek a state plan amendment during the 2025-2027 biennium authorizing disclosure of public assistance and child care assistance recipient lists for jury pool purposes

Designates information from public assistance and child care assistance lists as confidential, usable only by the court for creating the master jury list

Section 2 provisions become effective 90 days after the executive director certifies that the federal state plan amendment has been granted
