Updates a statutory cross-reference in the juvenile records confidentiality law, changing the citation for criminal prosecution transfers from section 27-20.4-20 to section 27-20.4-21

Maintains existing protections keeping law enforcement and correctional facility records of juveniles alleged or found to be delinquent or in need of services closed to public inspection

Preserves authorized access to sealed juvenile records for juvenile courts, legal counsel, public institutions, law enforcement, criminal courts, corrections officials, crime victims compensation staff, and school administrators

Requested by the North Dakota Supreme Court and introduced by the Judiciary Committee as a technical correction
